  Location was perfect, with easy access to the downtown core of Victoria.

  The hotel had not reviewed our booking, which we had made online. When we arrived, they charged us more for the room than what we had reserved online. When we pointed this out, they checked their records and changed the rate. However, we had also requested a room with one Queen or King size bed, and they gave us a room with two smallish doubles, and did not fix this.

  I was glad to be staying on my own. Although the room had two double beds, it was too small for more than one person to navigate, especially the bathroom.

  The location was excellent; the staff friendly and helpful. We found the beds to be comfortable and the room bright and attractive.

  Room size. We had read a review that commented that the rooms were unusually spacious, but ours certainly wasn'T.

  Excellent location. Beautiful view from top floor restaurant , and excellent hot cereal for breakie. Helpful staff. I had booked our room for the wrong night, but they were very good about it and found us a room for the night. They also checked to see if there was a handicapped parking spot for us in the parkade. Very quick room service.

  We found it very noisy and there were many kids running up and down the hallway to the pool. Also, there was a ring of skum around the hottub. We ordered dinner from room service and although the service was excellent, the food was disappointing. ( especially the caesar salad which was the worst we have ever had. )

  I liked the hotel's location and the fact there was free parking. Since it was so close to so many tourist attractions, I was able to walk around instead of driving! There was also a very nice lady working there who was quite elderly, short curly greyish hair. She was the most welcoming person there.

  I was hoping to get a suite that had a king sized bed but instead got one with two doubles? Not quite sure how the size of beds works because the website was kind of confusing that way and didn't clarify on that option. So I feel like I paid enough for 4 people staying there instead of 2. I would also suggest maybe having more photos?

  The proximity to the inner harbour and other sights within walking distance. Also enjoyed the diverse drink options at Clive's.

  Your beds and pillows are fantastic.At check-in, I had inquired about a complimentary upgrade. To my delight, I was informed that it had already been done. That was a lovely perk.

  We had pleasant experience. Everything was perfect. My kids enjoyed the pool.Excellent location. Thank you for the newspaper in the morning.I have had already recommended the hotel.
